Programme Motivation
A significant number of vegan businesses and advocacy organisations fail to survive beyond their first year of operation. Despite having strong missions and community support, many lack the legal, financial, and administrative guidance necessary to build solid foundations. This leads to common difficulties, such as regulatory non-compliance, poor financial planning, contractual vulnerabilities, and burnout, ultimately forcing them to downsize or close entirely. As a result, promising initiatives that could contribute to a more ethical, plant-based future are lost before reaching their potential.
