First Map of Chile's Farm Animal Industry
This is the first interactive map of its kind in Chile, showing the location and profiles of livestock facilities across the country, including broiler, dairy, beef, slaughterhouse, and aquaculture facilities. Each facility will be linked to compliance records and animal welfare violations from the past five years.
Currently in beta, the map is a work in progress and will continue to be updated and expanded. Its goal is to promote transparency, accountability, and informed advocacy by making critical information accessible to the public for the first time.
This ranking aims to show the number of fines and the amount of the highest fines issued between 2021 and 2024 in breeding and fattening facilities, farm animal transport companies, and slaughterhouses in Chile.
